• Provision of maintenance of computers, printers, servers, network issues, internet and audio-visual equipment.

• Supporting the teaching program of the institute as required, especially when staff need to use data projectors and computers.

• Keeping a register of equipment.

• Attend to the tasks of the IT Assistant when that person is unavailable.

• Other duties as required by the ICFP President.
